Car Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor Testing and diagnose fault

Image
Symptoms of a Bad Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor The mass air flow sensor is prone to failure due to age or other factors affecting its performance. Common pollutants like dirt and dust are the major reason behind a failing air flow sensor. However, seeing how it functions all the time when you run your car, it is understandable that the sensor fails sooner rather than later. It is also possible that a voltage surge from the car battery fries the circuit inside the sensor and it is unable to transmit any information to the car’s onboard computer. At the end of the day, it is the ECU which decides what action to take and whether the mass air flow sensor has lost its efficiency. If the ECU suspects any fault, you are notified via a warning light (also called the Check Engine Light), that illuminated in the car’s dash. Other causes of code P0101: MAF sensor or wiring is too close to higher voltage components such as the alternator or ignition wires, which can interfer...

Car Accelerator Pedal Position Sensors Testing & Replacement

Image
Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) Sensor The ability to smoothly accelerate down the road while using an adequate amount of energy is attributed to the accelerator pedal position (APP) sensor. The APP sensor, which is fixed to the throttle body of the 'electronic throttle control system with intelligence' (ETCSi), monitors the position of the throttle pedal. The AAP sensor is also involved in converting the movement of the accelerator pedal into an electronic signal, which then initiates the opening or closing of the throttle body. The accelerator position information is transferred to the throttle actuator control (TAC) module and the powertrain control module (PCM). The accelerator position sensor is made up of two individual sensors, with both sensors designed to have individual sensor return wiring. Each sensor has a varying voltage range. The PCM system receives and processes the electrical signals from the ACC sensors, along with signals from the direct curr...

Valentine day gift | How to Make Musical Greeting Card | Voice recorded Messege

Image
greeting card that speaks your recorded voice message ?   I think I  personally recorded voice message will be so much nice  where you are convey your true feelings so today we are going to make a greeting card in which you can record your voice message seconds up to 20 seconds and when you open it, it will play it back  so let's get started Introduction This module is base on ISD1820, which a multiple-message record/playback device. It can offers true single-chip voice recording, no-volatile storage, and playback capability for 8 to 20 seconds. The sample is 3.2k and the total 20s for the Recorder. This module use is very easy which you could direct control by push button on board or by Microcontroller such as Arduino, STM32, ChipKit etc. Frome these, you can easy control record , playback and repeat and so on. Feature Push-button interface, playback can be edge or level activated Automatic power-dwon mode On-chip 8Ω speaker driver Signal 3V Power S...
